Job Purpose:
The HR Business Partner, Employee Relations ensures that employees within the organization understands the company policies and procedures. This role is responsible in planning and organizing programs that support and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with Sr. HR Manager serves as designated expert on the interpretation of human resources policies & labor laws for Philippines and in administering projects for career development and commendations.
+ Lead the development programs and foster the company’s culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered.
+ Facilitates disciplinary actions and case investigations including but not limited to notices issuance and serving of penalties to concerned employees with the assistance of immediate superior.
