As part of the HRBP Operations team, you’ll manage a dynamic and diverse portfolio, partnering with both professional and operational stakeholders across the Perth metro area and some regional locations. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across HR, Safety & Health, and other key stakeholders to provide practical, risk‑informed HR advice that enables leaders to deliver positive outcomes for their teams and the business.

Your primary base will be our state‑of‑the‑art South Metro Depot, with flexibility to work from Perth Head Office, from home, with occasional travel to regional sites (day trips or overnight).
