Responsibilities:

• Drive Human Resources agenda for the region from talent attraction to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management

• In collaboration with the senior stakeholders formulate and drive an employee engagement strategy

• Responsible for effective execution of annual performance and compensation review process for employees in the region

• Plan and coordinate the renewal and administration of all benefit plans. Ensure market competitive offering and the most efficient use of resources

• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, institutes and other external partners
