- Represents company on Labor related cases
- Serves termination notices
- Facilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employee
- Processes employee separation documentation
- Processes and routes clearance
- Prepares last pay request
- Conducts exit interview and submit summary of exit interview
- Releases exit documentation
- Last pay
- Prepares Release Waiver & Quit Claim
- Prepares Certificate of Employment
- Coordinates with HR-Timekeeping & Payroll for Certificate of Contribution (SSS, Pag-ibig & PhilHealth)
