The ideal candidate will have experience across all core areas of the human resources function, with at least 2 years of hands‑on HR experience in Brazil, and the ability to use both Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese as working languages.

Responsabilidades

Company Setup & Pre-Operation Support

Support company setup activities, including social security (e.g. INSS) registration, employer compliance setup, and other HR‑related pre‑operational preparations.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Develop and manage recruitment channels, execute end‑to‑end hiring for open positions, and ensure timely talent delivery aligned with business needs.

Employee Relations & Compliance
