Human Resources Business Partner

TouchBistro is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to our People team. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders to support practical HR strategies that meet the day-to-day needs of the business, partnering with the HR team across areas like employee relations, performance management, engagement, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, and retention. To be successful, you'll be comfortable building strong relationships, coaching and challenging leaders, and handling real-world people situations with sound judgment and a hands-on approach.

Your Impact

• Deliver coaching in the areas of organizational design, learning and development, talent assessment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and employee relations
