Job Summary
The Group Manager – HR Operations will lead and scale backend HR operations supporting the US and North America region. This role requires strong experience managing large, multi-layered HR operations teams working during US business hours, ensuring seamless onboarding, HR systems set up, payroll advisory, and HR helpdesk services. The role will drive and ensure continued employee onboarding daily in collaboration with recruitment team and other stakeholders. Will also drive compliance, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery aligned to US labor and payroll regulations.
