In this role, you will support leaders across Canada and the United States by aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role provides strategic advice, hands‑on HR support, and data‑driven insights to strengthen talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession, and engagement.
• Serve as a change agent, guiding leaders through organization transitions.
