Human Resources Co-op 4 Month Term ( possibility of additional 4 months)Vernon, BCRole DescriptionThe HR Co-op is responsible for a wide variety of administrative HR functions in support of the business HR team. The role plays an integral part of supporting the business through our cyclical selling seasons by executing daily administration of team member paperwork, programs and policies.Core Responsibilities
  • Prepares and processes HR paperwork as it relates to the team member lifecycle (new hire, employment contracts, employment change, supportive work environment, termination) in support of HR Advisors/Business Partners.
