Job Title: Manager – HR Compliance & Liaison

Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end HR statutory compliance and government liaison for factory and project operations across India, ensuring timely filings, renewals, and adherence to existing and upcoming labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR statutory compliance for factories and project sites PAN India
- Liaison with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.
- Handle POSH compliance and statutory documentation
- Manage Pollution Control Board compliance from statutory coordination perspective
- Prepare and submit Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Annual statutory returns
- Ensure renewals of registrations and licenses under existing labour laws
- Proactively adapt and implement new Labour Codes
- Handle audits, inspections, and statutory notices
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in HR Compliance & Liaison
- Strong exposure to factory & project-based compliance
- Hands-on experience with statutory bodies and returns filing
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance frameworks
- Willing to travel across locations
