Job Title: Manager – HR Compliance & Liaison

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end HR statutory compliance and government liaison for factory and project operations across India, ensuring timely filings, renewals, and adherence to existing and upcoming labour laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR statutory compliance for factories and project sites PAN India
  • Liaison with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.
  • Handle POSH compliance and statutory documentation
  • Manage Pollution Control Board compliance from statutory coordination perspective
  • Prepare and submit Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Annual statutory returns
  • Ensure renewals of registrations and licenses under existing labour laws
  • Proactively adapt and implement new Labour Codes
  • Handle audits, inspections, and statutory notices


Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Compliance & Liaison
  • Strong exposure to factory & project-based compliance
  • Hands-on experience with statutory bodies and returns filing
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance frameworks
  • Willing to travel across locations
