Designation: Retainer (HR Operations)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Shift timing: 10 am to 7 or 12 pm to 9 pm
Location: Chandigarh
Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday
Role & responsibilities:
- Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.
- Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners
- Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.
- Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
- Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.
- Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners.
- Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
- Query Resolution-HR Tool
