Position Description
You will provide expert, practical guidance to leaders and colleagues based in UK, Australia and Ireland, on HR policies and procedures, with a particular focus on absence management (including sickness, maternity and paternity). You will act as a key point of contact for complex HR cases, escalations, and complaints, while supporting policy, system, and process changes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Provide tailored absence management advice and support to Leaders in line with company policy and UK legislation.
  • Manage end-to-end absence-related processes, including the Group Income Protection Insurance lifecycle.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex HR cases relating to absence, policies, benefits, payroll, and operational processes.
