Support recruitment activities, including resume screening and candidate tracking
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Support general administrative HR tasks
Assist with HR documentation and internal processes
Support the implementation and follow-up of internal policies
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with benefits and compensation coordination
