Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent plays a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support activities. They actively contribute to the implementation of HR practices and act as a resource person for internal teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire employee recruitment and selection process, taking into account company policies and practices;
  • Develop recruitment strategies and manage the entire employee hiring and integration process;
  • Define and implement creative and innovative recruitment and HR marketing strategies;
  • Monitor aerospace market and practices;
  • Participate in the complete cycle of recruitment, selection, induction and integration of personnel in collaboration with management and various departments;
  • Represent the company in dealings with partners such as CEGEPs and technical schools, as well as with organizations and job fairs;
