Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Specialist will support the organization by handling key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR records, resolving employee inquiries, updating company policies, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also collaborate with managers to implement HR strategies, assist with performance management processes, and contribute to fostering a positive work culture.
