**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with employees at all levels. You’ll support day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding to payroll assistance, while also helping foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
**A highlight of your day-to-day will include:**
+ Manage weekly new hire onboarding sessions and support recruiting efforts for labor positions.
+ Maintain accurate attendance reports and prepare counseling notices for supervisors.
+ Handle employee transactions and paperwork (loans, PTO cashouts, safety reimbursements, referral bonuses, etc.).
+ Assist with payroll and PTO processes in Paycom HRIS.
+ Track and analyze HR data using Excel and other MS 365 tools.
