This role involves handling data entry and HRIS updates, assisting with talent acquisition processes such as job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination, and preparing reports to support strategic planning and decision-making. The coordinator also plays a key role in employee engagement initiatives by supporting programs that foster a positive workplace culture, organizing activities, and assisting in communication efforts.
