Job Description

The **HR Coordinator** is responsible for executing and coordinating the operational processes within the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper implementation of policies and compliance with labor obligations. This role serves as a liaison between HR management and employees, promoting a positive, equitable, and values-driven work environment aligned with the firm’s organizational culture.
**Compensation**:
$18,000 -$23,000 MX
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in collaboration with accounting and management.
