Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition function administratively with all aspects associated with sourcing, placement, onboarding, hiring, and employment retention.
Key Responsibilities
Fully assist with all onboarding activities including new hire orientation.
Ensuring all new hires are fully entered into ADP following the onboarding process.
Assisting with Pinpoint job requisition management.
Assisting with E-verify and I-9 administration.
Employment personnel file management.
Responding to employment verifications.
Manage employee locker program.
Coordinate employee referral bonus program.
Conduct phone screens as needed and schedule interviews as needed.
Assist with the background check and drug screen processes.
Function as a backup for hourly production interviews as needed.
Attend career fairs with Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Assist with 30 day reviews as needed.
Assist with administrative duties as needed within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Proficient in computer data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCM
1-3 years of experience in an office environment
Proven ability to keep information confidential.
Degree or Human Resources certification a plus.
