**Human Resources Coordinator**

**Duties and responsibilities related to the Human Resources Coordinator role**



+ Being the first point of contact for the department, receiving external visitors and colleagues and handling all day to day queries.

+ Maintain a clean and organized office.

+ Order stationery as required.

+ Attending meetings and take minutes.

+ Respond to all LONGE-HR emails and queries in a knowledgeable and timely manner.

+ Responsible for all HR related administration; letters for colleagues, references etc.

+ Responsible for the colleague’s employment journey, from preparing Starter pack including Letter of Employment to leaver documents.
