Human Resources Coordinator

This position requires travel across all of our regions to support effective collaboration and relationship-building with our teams.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the provision of HR dashboards, monitoring of HR metrics and analysis of trends by maintaining accurate data.
• Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
• Monitoring the performance management process to ensure managers are completing appraisals and probation reviews.
