Job Title: HR Analyst, Shared Services
The HR Analyst plays a key role in providing data-driven insights to the HR Department by gathering, analyzing and presenting HR data. This includes collecting and maintaining employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details and turnover rates.
This position is responsible for executing records of hiring, termination, promotions and changes of employee information in the HR and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports dashboards visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders including senior management.
