Treehouse is coming—playful, design‑led, and proudly human. We’re building a hotel that feels like a great neighbourhood hangout: warm service, sharp details, and a team culture that’s equal parts craft and care. To bring it to life, we’re looking for a Director of People Operations to join our pre‑opening leadership team and help shape everything that makes Treehouse feel like Treehouse—starting with the people.

The role

This is a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for someone who loves the full lifecycle of people ops—from first “hello” to first day to first promotion. You’ll lead recruiting and hiring at pace, build the foundations (policies, systems, onboarding, training), and be a daily culture keeper—setting the tone, protecting the vibe, and creating an environment where people can do the best work of their lives.
