Job Description

TRUGlobal is looking for a HR Director to lead our end-to-end HR function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing HR operations for an organization of 500–2,000 employees . You will be the architect of our HR policies, the driver of our performance culture, and a strategic partner to our global leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Operations & Governance

  • Scale Management: Lead and oversee comprehensive HR operations for a workforce of 500–2,000+ employees.
  • Policy Architecture: Define, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with global best practices.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure 100% statutory compliance and maintain high standards of corporate governance across all HR activities.


2. Performance & Talent Management

  • PMS Leadership: Design, drive, and evolve the Performance Management System (PMS) to foster a high-performance culture and ensure objective career progression.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with business heads to identify talent gaps and drive initiatives that improve overall organizational productivity.


3. Leadership & Employee Engagement

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, translating business goals into actionable HR strategies.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Drive employee engagement programs that enhance retention, organizational health, and employee satisfaction.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Must have held a senior HR Manager or HR Director role previously.
  • Organizational Scale: Significant experience working in companies with a headcount between 500 and 2,000 employees .
  • Policy Expertise: Expert-level capability in defining and implementing HR policies from scratch.
  • PMS Mastery: Demonstrated experience in designing and managing complex Performance Management Systems.
