Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/director-level role.
  • Prior experience in the F&B, hospitality is a must.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale operations (600+ employees) across multiple locations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Reviews employment contract templates and relevant supporting documents to avoid exposure of the company to administrative inconveniences;
  • Updates the management on the latest government employment regulations governing the hospitality industry e.g. D.O 18-A vs. D.O. 174;
  • Ensures the generation and timely submission of all relevant employment statistical data;
  • Reviews the Employee handbook and recommends measures to be adopted to keep abreast of the evolving employment conditions;
