**Job summary**
Director level HR Bid and Transition partner who will lead and manage the people solution in the bid phase and people transition in the increasing number of customer opportunities within the LATAM region. This role will serve as part of our global people focused organization strategically aligned to support sales and increased revenue utilizing customizable Human Resource people solutions.
**Responsibilities**
This position focuses on creating a comprehensive HR strategy and solution that directly aligns and supports the Cognizant strategy for new business opportunities driving a higher employee acceptance & retention rate while adhering to each clients business objectives and considering the employee engagement experience.
