Human Resources Director

SHG is looking for a transformational HR Director who can champion our people strategy, elevate organizational capability, and drive cultural change across our growing hospitality brands.

If you are passionate about building strong OD frameworks, strengthening people governance, and leading culture transformation in a labor-intensive environment , this role is for you.

• HR Business Partnering for Operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage but not required
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years overseeing end-to-end HR functions
