Job Description

Work content:

  1. Collaborate with the company’s senior management to discuss the company’s human resources development and personnel administration systems and policies.
  2. Responsible for promoting the HR development policies and related systems formulated by the company.
  3. Responsible for supervising and writing the company’s management systems and policies for HR development and management.
  4. Propose major personnel policy improvement plans to company executives and department heads.

Vacancy conditions:

  1. Ability to build consensus with senior and cross-department supervisors.
  2. More than 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  3. Have excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
  4. Ability to compile data, use data to interpret current situations, and diagnose problems.
