Scope

• Core HR, Payroll, Statutory Compliance

• Leave & Attendance, PMS, MIS, Onboarding

• HRMS governance

• New labor code compliance

Required Candidate profile

• 15+years HR experience

• 8 years in HR Director

• MBA/PGDM in HR

• Strong HR operations, compliance & HRMS exposure

• Hand-on exp with ATS

• Darwinbox experience preferred
