Role & Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews, coordination)
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR records, attendance, and basic payroll support
Help with HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
Who Can Apply Graduates / Postgraduates in HR, Management, or related fields
0–2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged)
Good communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
