About the Role

We are not looking for a traditional HR professional.

This role is for someone who will build the People & Culture function from scratch—defining how people are hired, managed, developed, and held accountable. There is no existing HR structure. You will create it.

You will also play a key role in shaping and embedding company culture, values, and behavior standards. This is a builder role, not an administrative one.

Key Responsibilities

Build HR / People & Culture from zero

Design hiring, onboarding, performance, and development systems

Define and implement company culture and values

Partner with leadership on people and business decisions

Create practical compensation and accountability frameworks
