Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Salary: 2 to 4 LPA

Experience: 1.5 to 2 years (BPO hiring preferred)

What You’ll Do

  • Own hiring for US process and BPO roles
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates daily
  • Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
  • Work closely with operations to close positions on time
  • Focus on quality hires, not just quick closures
