We are expanding our internal recruitment team and looking for an energetic HR Recruiter – US Staffing to work with U.S. candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the US recruitment market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen U.S.-based candidates for IT & Non-IT roles
  • Use job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with U.S. clients
  • Handle candidate documentation, follow-ups, and onboarding
  • Maintain ATS and recruitment reports
