Human Resources Executive

Grocery Farm is a fast-growing FMCG & D2C brand  in the dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy snacking space. As we continue to scale our manufacturing and corporate teams , we’re looking for an HR Executive  to strengthen people processes and day-to-day HR operations. 

 Location:  South Bangalore (On-site) 

 Experience:  3–5 years 

 What you’ll do:  

• Handle end-to-end recruitment  for factory and office roles 
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records  
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management  
• Support performance reviews, HR policies, and compliance  
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement 
• Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance
