Job Description
The Human Resources Executive (Compensation & Benefits) will be responsible in providing support and assistance in daily operations in relation to compensation & benefits include but not limited to the following:
Payroll
- To provide the updated data for payroll processing before the cut off date (absenteeism, leaves, transfer, allowances, and disciplinary issues etc)
- To process the whole payroll system
Performance Management
- Probationary Review -Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations
- Update compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures
HR Metrics & Analytics
- Collect and analyse data to measure attrition and retention rate for different departments, positions and the entire company
