Position Overview
The HR Executive will build and scale the Human Resources function in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role will act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership, shaping culture, driving talent strategy, and creating scalable people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support performance tracking and feedback systems
- Handle HR operations including payroll coordination and compliance
- Assist in developing HR policies and people programs
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a startup or growth environment
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently
