We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll vendors
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • Handle HRMS updates and data accuracy

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
