Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing employee relations, including handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures fair treatment of employees, fosters a positive work environment, and oversees various HR processes, including employee records management, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, contract renewals, and HR compliance. Additionally, the role will provide ad hoc support for Payroll and Onboarding as required
Scope of Work:- Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Employee Support: Provide employees with HR-related assistance and guidance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to facilitate HR processes
