Education-Any Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent to Graduation
Relevant experience required : Minimum 5 years
Salary Range-3.6 LPA - 9 LPA
Job Descriptions
· Should be proficient enough to handle entire factory HR practices along with specialized as per standard HR Payroll related practices and expert in handling entire HRMS.
· Should be responsible for preparing and managing all types of financial reports related to payroll by adhering to payroll policies and procedures also conducting audits to ensure accuracy and also ensure legislative and awards compliance is adhered and submit to the company’s accounting department
