Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing resumes, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

• Support attendance tracking, and leave management

• Support employee engagement initiatives

• Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling

• Support exit formalities and full & final settlements
