The Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist will drive end-to-end employee experience initiatives, with a strong focus on people-facing engagement, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration. The role plays a key part in shaping workplace culture, inclusion, and first-day-to-first-year employee journeys across locations.⸻

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across India , aligned with organisational culture and priorities

• Own engagement calendars, themes, and execution, ensuring inclusive participation

• Manage stakeholder coordination with business and other support teams

• Support engagement budgeting, vendor coordination, and approvals

D&I and CSR

• Conceptualize and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
