The role is responsible for end-to-end Human Resources generalist activities , covering talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management .


The incumbent will work closely with business and plant stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, policy adherence, and a consistent employee experience. The role demands strong execution capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes in a structured, compliance-driven manufacturing environment .


Experience: 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
