Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team at SREENI GROUPS. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, bringing expertise in managing various HR functions to support our growing company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS software for efficient management of employee data and HR processes, which ensures seamless operations.
  • Strong understanding of employee onboarding processes to ensure an effective induction and integration into the company culture.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • A solid grasp of labor law compliance to ensure that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve disputes, fostering a positive workplace environment for employees.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems to facilitate employee evaluations and development plans that align with company objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Commitment to implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and equitable workplace for all members of the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding of new employees at SREENI GROUPS.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and team-building initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to support employee development and career progression within the company.
  • Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues through effective conflict resolution methods.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, aiding in clear communication and setting measurable goals for employees.
  • Coordinate with payroll systems to process employee salaries, benefits, and manage any discrepancies or queries related to compensation.
