The Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist will drive end-to-end employee experience initiatives, with a strong focus on people-facing engagement, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration. The role plays a key part in shaping workplace culture, inclusion, and first-day-to-first-year employee journeys across locations.⸻
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across India, aligned with organisational culture and priorities
- Own engagement calendars, themes, and execution, ensuring inclusive participation
- Manage stakeholder coordination with business and other support teams
- Support engagement budgeting, vendor coordination, and approvals
D&I and CSR
