Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end Domestic Inquiry (DI) process, including serving as the Presenting Officer.
Provide sound recommendations to management on disciplinary actions based on Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Act as the primary liaison with external legal counsel for Industrial Court cases, preparing factual particulars and legal documentation for chamber sessions.
Conduct thorough research on case laws to support management’s position in labor disputes and grievances.
Review and revamp internal SOPs and procedures.
Identify structural gaps in existing policies to ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and reduce organizational liability.
Provide advisory support to Department Heads on managing employee performance and conduct issues.
