Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Domestic Inquiry (DI) process, including serving as the Presenting Officer.
  • Provide sound recommendations to management on disciplinary actions based on Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external legal counsel for Industrial Court cases, preparing factual particulars and legal documentation for chamber sessions.
  • Conduct thorough research on case laws to support management’s position in labor disputes and grievances.
  • Review and revamp internal SOPs and procedures.
  • Identify structural gaps in existing policies to ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and reduce organizational liability.
  • Provide advisory support to Department Heads on managing employee performance and conduct issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
