We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll vendors
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Handle HRMS updates and data accuracy
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
