Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive with strong Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) experience to foster a positive workplace, resolve employee issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on ER matters, handle grievances, investigations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage IR activities including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and union-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and support HR policies, records, and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ HR experience with a focus on ER & IR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and high professionalism.
