• Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
