This opportunity is with a high-growth precision aerospace manufacturing company in India, backed by strategic institutional investors and scaling rapidly across global aerospace supply chains.


The role is responsible for end-to-end Human Resources generalist activities, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.


The incumbent will work closely with business and plant stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, policy adherence, and a consistent employee experience. The role demands strong execution capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes in a structured, compliance-driven manufacturing environment.


Experience: 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
